  • Outreach Team

    All reports of rough sleepers to DCRSP in the Cornwall area will be passed to our Outreach team who aim to make contact with those rough sleepers within 48 hours.

  • No Second Night Out (NSNO)

    For those who find themselves new to rough sleeping we operate a "No Second Night Out" project at our Truro Resource Centre. This provides early intervention and intensive support within 72 hours.

Young People

We have specific service provision offering specialist advice to help young people under the age of 25 who are homeless or potentially homeless. This also includes a provision for advice for 16 and 17 year olds. This service is also engaged with schools and colleges across the county in an effort to help students and other young people understand the many issues related to homelessness.

Hospital Discharge


In partnership with NHS services across Cornwall and our colleagues at Shelter we are working together to address the problems associated with homeless people being discharged from hospitals across the county with no place to go.
